Our guests keep telling us, "The Garden House has a great feel about it!".

With spacious, sunny shared living area and comfy sofas with views over the old-world garden, the Garden House offers you a perfect spot to take a break.

Spread out with the papers and spend your mornings enjoying a leisurely breakfast overlooking our gorgeous gardens.

Here you've also got a wonderful place to brew yourself a cuppa, order a bottle of wine, put your feet up and shift your gears down into Port Fairy pace!

All rooms feature queen-size timber sleigh bed, ensuite bathrooms, sitting area, LCD TV, DVD player and iPod dock. The well-equipped, shared kitchen area also features laundry facilities.

Rooms can be booked individually or the entire wing booked for groups.

Our Breakfast


Our tasty basket of home-made and locally-produced breakfast goodies will set you up for the day. 

Basket includes: Irrewarra sourdough bread, house-poached Middle Eastern fruits, Shaw River buffalo yoghurt, cereal and homemade muesli, local orange juice, Genovese coffee, local milk and all natural conserves (found on a recent jaunt to Tasmania!).
